Project Managed & delivered the installation, configuration and ongoing development of a CRM solution based on the community version of SugarCRM this involved the following

  • Installation of the solution (based on Windows Server 2008, SQL Server 2008, Apache and PHP)
  • Configuration of the Solution to the specific requirements taregting Opportunity management.
  • Import of initial data from the ERP into the CRM
  • Training of users in the operatio of the solution
  • Configuration of the solution using internal development capabilities to handle other non CRM fucntions to support the business (Import Export register).
  • Configuration of Jasperreport's to provide management with operational and management reports on the CRM
  • Migraction of the SugarCRM system to Sales Agilities solution SuiteCRM
  • intergration of the CRM to MS-Exchange using AESync
  • Deployment of QuickCRM on iPad's to allow realtime online or offline access to the CRM data
